Barcelona remained at the top of the Spanish La Liga, ahead of Atlético Madrid by one point and Real Madrid by three after winning against Las Palmas 2-0.
The match took place in difficult weather conditions, but Barcelona managed to control the game and open the scoring thanks to a goal from Luis Suárez in the 5th minute. Xavi's Rafinha doubled the advantage in the 57th minute, after which the team held on to the victory without any major problems.
Most impressive was the defender of Reiser, who replaced the injured Samuel Umtiti. He played excellently and was one of the key players of the match. Barcelona's head coach Luis Enrique was pleased with his team's performance and emphasized the importance of such a victory.
